In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
References to "including" are not limiting. Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms are written in English; in the event of any translation, the English version prevails.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account with 77ef or to place any wager on the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. 77ef enforces this requirement through identity verification and will immediately close any account found to belong to a minor, forfeiting any balance held therein.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account with 77ef. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, 77ef reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets, and withhold winnings pending investigation.
2.3 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile phone number, and a valid email address where applicable. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account.
2.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 77ef will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify 77ef immediately via Live Chat if you suspect unauthorized account access.
2.5 Jurisdiction Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 77ef is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players in Pakistan are advised to independently verify the legality of online gaming in their location before registering. 77ef does not provide legal advice.
3.1 Verification Requirement. All account holders must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed. KYC requires submission of: (a) a clear photograph of the front and back of your valid CNIC; (b) a live selfie photograph taken at the time of submission.
3.2 Processing Time. 77ef aims to process KYC submissions within thirty (30) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Complex or unclear documentation may take longer. You will be notified via your registered contact method of the outcome.
3.3 Ongoing Verification Rights. 77ef reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of payment method ownership, source of funds documentation, or supplementary identity documents. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.4 Data Handling. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with the 77ef Privacy Policy. Documents are processed securely and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulation.
4.1 Supported Methods. 77ef accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. All account balances are held and transacted in PKR.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of submission. Bank transfers are typically credited within one (1) to twelve (12) hours. 77ef is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa is Rs 500. The minimum via bank transfer is Rs 1,000. Method-specific limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
4.4 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) the withdrawal destination matching the verified payment method registered to the account. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000 via mobile wallet channels.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. Verified account withdrawals to JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours. Bank transfers are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days.
5.1 General Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by 77ef are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified per promotion. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus-derived balances cannot be withdrawn. 77ef reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse.
5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited under Section 7.
6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered on 77ef use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Live casino games are conducted from regulated studio environments. Return-to-Player (RTP) rates are documented in each game's information panel.
6.2 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the applicable game or sports betting rules at the time the bet is placed. 77ef reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of error, system malfunction, or data feed failure.
6.3 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and table. Current limits are displayed within the game or betting interface. 77ef reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.
6.4 Disputed Outcomes. In the event of a dispute over a game outcome or bet settlement, the 77ef system logs constitute the authoritative record. You may raise disputes via Live Chat within forty-eight (48) hours of the event in question.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77ef platform:
8.1 77ef Rights. 77ef reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC, or breach of these Terms.
8.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request account closure at any time via Live Chat. Closure requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned via your registered payment method following standard KYC checks.
8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so via account settings or by contacting Live Chat. Self-exclusion periods have a minimum duration of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, accounts cannot be reactivated, and any attempt to open a new account during this period will be closed.
9.1 Commitment. 77ef is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, bet limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
9.2 18+ Enforcement. 77ef applies age verification controls at registration and during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under eighteen (18) years of age will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited.

The collection, storage, and use of personal data by 77ef is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
All content on the 77ef platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game content, graphics, text, and interface design, is the proprietary property of 77ef or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of 77ef content without express written permission is prohibited.
12.1 77ef provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 77ef disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
12.2 77ef shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
12.3 77ef's total aggregate liability to any user arising out of or in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 Right to Amend. 77ef may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, notice will be provided via the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of 77ef following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
13.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
13.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77ef with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on the same subject matter.
